The staff were all welcoming, professional, and always polite and helpful. The location was great, offering a sense of peace away from the crowded city center. The food in both restaurants was really good, and there were plenty of staff available to assist you.
One thing I wasn't too happy about was the hotel's policy of not allowing guests to bring snacks or drinks from outside. the swimming pool had cold water during our stay, and the jacuzzi was not working.
